Sorry if this is in the wrong place. I could not find a "ReadyCloud" specific board.
My R8000 wifi is running great! and I do not think this is a "router" problem.
I think this is an issue with the ReadyCloud client and windows networking.
Ever since I updated my windows 10 machine to the " '2004' feature update" the ReadyCloud Client cannot connect unless the machine is on the local network.
I have tried to reinstall the client and that has not worked. (uninstall then reboot, then reinstall, and reboot)
Hopefully I am not the only one with this issue.

A Ready-Cloud Update arrived this morning.
After the update was applied, Connection is working again,
Well done Netgear staff for fixing this issue.
You can click "settings" in the client software and then the link for "check for updates"

Have you tried to access it from other devices to see if it still works?

Re: Ready Cloud client will not connect over internet since win10-2004 update
I have yes.
The most telling part is:
I can take my laptop with the Ready Cloud Client, When it is connected to the local network, the ReadyCloud Client can connect (It says "Connected (Local)"
When I take my laptop off the local network to my work or to my wifi-hotspot it shows "VPN Not Connected"

Re: Ready Cloud client will not connect over internet since win10-2004 update
It works on my personal PC (Win 10P, 2004), but not my work PC (Win 10P, 2004). The work PC is connected to Azure AD via MS 365, the personal computer is not. Both use Wired Ethernet, through the same switch and router. I rolled the work computer back to 1909, and the problem went away.
Any thoughts on what else to look at on this computer to see what's different, and why I can't use 2004 and ready cloud 1.20 together? I have a computer that I can test with.
