All off a sudden my WiFi isn't visible for any unit. Neither iPad, iPhone or my Dell laptop (Windows 8).
I can do enything if the network cable is connected and when logging into the router it all looks fine.
Have upgraded the firmware to the latest, restarted all units (router, laptop and mobile devices) but nothing works.
Previously I have had the same problem with a HP laptop on Windows 10 and that is not solved regardless what I do.
But now no units can connect.
Any ideas?

What version of FW did you upgrade too?
Do a factory reset on the router. Either from the routers web page or the back button.
Check to see after the reset if your devices sees the default NG SSID names listed. Should see two. If so, go in and set up new SSIDs and give new PWs.
Ensure that each radio is enabled as well under Advanced/Advanced settings/Wireless settings.

Re: Wifi router not visible
Worked fine! 🙂
Upgraded to V1.0.3.10 but that was AFTER I got problems.
Any clue why it happened and if it's a common problem?

Re: Wifi router not visible
WiFi switched off by hardware button? Check what the cat is doing overnight.
R9000 v1.0.3.10 does reliably keep the WiFi up and running here - and I've not seen many similar reports, too.

Re: Wifi router not visible
Don't have a cat! 🙂
Router has been on the entire time.
Lost it from one day to another, could even be during the day as I didn't check this morning (I'm in GMT +1 timezoon)

Re: Wifi router not visible
Ok, we're in the same time zone.
The WiFi button/LED (second LED from the right) and the 2.4GHz, 5GHz and 60GHz LEDs are on?

Re: Wifi router not visible
They do!
Works fine now after the HW reset.
You say that you haven't seen any reports of this error on V1.0.3.10.
How about previous versions...?

Re: Wifi router not visible
Ugrading to v1.0.3 is a major version change. There may have been some changes that didn't take effect until a full reset was done. Something probably got hung up.
I recommend doing a factory reset after upgrade to a major FW version. Then set up from scratch. Then save off a new configuration to file for this version for back up if you need. Normally you should be able to do a FW update with out having to reset, however seems to be in this case, you needed one.
