we have issues with periodic buffering on all devices at the same time. we have replaced the modem and now wondering if it could be the router or firmware needs to be updated. does the router update firmware automactically?
which router do you have? AC3000 is a speed.
What firmware do you have?
Do wired devices have issues as well or just wireless?
Replacing the modem won't fix a line issue. Did you isp check your line?
