Re: orbi RBR50 No SSID broadcast
If the led at the top is blinking white, it means its in factory default mode and needs to be setup.

Try hardwiring a pc/laptop into the orbi router and going through setup again.

I tried directly connecting to the router using ethernet cable but couldn't connect. So, what is the best way to hard reset or apply the latest firmware? Can I upgrade firmeware using USB?

So, what is the best way to hard reset---sounds like you're already reset. its as simple as pushing and holding reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on. or apply the latest firmware?----If you're logged in, thats the easiest way. If you can't get in, then it'd be using tftp or nmrpflash. Can I upgrade firmeware using USB?---No, you can't upgrade over usb.
