Can't raise a support ticket or RMA for in-warranty
I'm within Hardware Warranty Support and Netgear do absolutely everything they can to make the process impossible to do unless you purchase Gear head support. I was told that the RMA needs to be approved by a Manager and then mysteriously the RAX80 isn't on the RMA form.
Has anyone in Australia actually been able get an RMA? How is it done, do I need to go through other channels to get Warranty honoured? Really at the end of my rope here. For a $500 product it's really disappointing that this is happening.

Re: Can't raise a support ticket or RMA for in-warranty
Hi @FURRYe38,
I wasn't able to open a support ticket through the portal due to only having warranty support. I called through and had to convince an agent to open an RMA them confirming I have warranty support.
I have a support case now but the Agent advised the RAX80 isn't on the RMA form for them and they need to speak to the warehouse.
Can a Netgear rep please advise why the RAX80 wouldn't be on the RMA form?

Something you'll need to ask them about. Theres nobody at that level that watches or visits the forums here.
Good Luck.
