What is the first 3 characters of the routers serial number seen on the sticker under the router?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.

This isn’t the Comcast modem as I’ve tested connections to both routers and Comcast’s is stable.
