Do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page? And the modem logs?
Those help check the connection.
If you have any splitters, amplifiers, attenuators in your coax line, remove them.
Also try logging into the debut page: should be ip address/debug.htm so 192.168.1.1/debug.htm (or whatever you set for the ip address)
make sure the "enable lan/wan packet capture" isn't checked.

Attached is the screenshot of my cable connection page. Also, I tried the debug page and nothing happened. I unchecked "enable lan/wan packet capture."

your screen shot didn't tell us anything. You need the 32 channels downstream info, the upstream, and the ofdma channels and the logs.

And you logs?
What speeds you get hardwired?
Are you using dfs channels?
Is it all devices having issues? Just wired devices? just wireless devices? both?
What settings are you using for your wifi?

Hardwired I am getting 184/37. All devices are having issues, wired, and wireless. I am using Smart Wifi.

Sorry, the event logs, not just the logs. It shows the modem connections.
Have you tried to have your isp re-provision it? I've had them send the wrong provisioning before.
