RAX80 AP mode, internet not connected
Hello,
I have configured my RAX80 in AP mode, everything works, I have internet access through Wifi and RJ45 but the router tells me "internet not connected".
and therefore the search for updates and NTP does not work
Do you know where the problem may come from?
Thank you. .

Re: RAX80 AP mode, internet not connected
You said your in AP mode?
You have your primary router connected via its LAN port to the WAN port on the RAX80?
Are you have the RAX configured dynamically from the existing router or using a fixed IP address that you assigned?
Firmware you're on?
You can manually update the firmware and don't need to auto update. The manual walks you through this process.

Re: RAX80 AP mode, internet not connected
Hi
Yes Wireless AP
my primary router is connected through WAN (yellow) port
I used the fixed ip because the dynamic IP was not working
I have the latest version of firmaware because I updated it manually

Re: RAX80 AP mode, internet not connected
I am not using the Internet port on the RAX80 so the NTP and firmware update features are NOT working.
Is there a way for the Internet port to be "manually" configured as a LAN port?
As I really don't want to use the so called Wizard to configure the RAX80 since it creates a 10.x.x.x LAN which is NOT desired.
