No devices connected message, when system seems to be working?
For the past few days, my Orbi app shows "no devices connected?" Otherwise, everything seems to be working?

Re: No devices connected message, when system seems to be working?
Hello Jimanator,
May you let us know what firmware version your router is on along with the app version your mobile device is currently on. Please indicate whether you're using iOS or Android.
Thanks,
Christian

Re: No devices connected message, when system seems to be working?
Saw this posted elsewhere , but this worked for me. Go into the web gui and remove special characters from the device model field (and try also in the device name field). For me it was an '&' in the device model field that broke the xml readout to the app. Now all devices are showing connected.
