RBR 750 Unable to connect to router
I keep getting the error message "We can't find your Orbi". I have unplugged the internet cable, unplugged the Orbi, rebooted the system and it still does not connect. I don't know what else to do. Please help.

Been a known problem and NG is aware of it.
If your using Apple devices, you can try this:
Otherwise, please be patient while NG resolve this issue with the Orbi app.

I am also having this same issue. Is there an update on a resolution? I tried the work aroudn but that was unsuccessful

Work around it is to do a hard reset (factory reset).
Netgear if you are reading this.....The new Orbi app update for the iPhone last night 5/12/22 did NOT solve the problem!!!!. Orbi app version 2.17.0.171. App still not able to connect to router.
Error message......"We can't find your Orbi". Fix it please!!!
