Acess Control function is disabled

Firmware Version V4.6.14.3_2.3.12

Hi all,

I wanna block some devices from using my network, and follow the instruction:

Select ADVANCED > Security > Access Control.

But the Security in the router's network does't work. When I open up Security, it has shown "Access Control" , " Bloacked Sites" and "Blocked Services",but I can't click any of them at all.

Has anyone experienced this issue? How to fix it?

These features are disabled when the product is in Access Point (AP) mode:

Is this Orbi configured as a router or as an access point (AP)?
