Recently bought the RBR750 — Orbi WiFi 6 System AX4200 with 2 RBS750.
Router setup in AP mode and in average 8 devices connected using 1Gbps Fiber Internet connection. Experience intermittent Network management App and Web user interface isn't able to access the system anymore. Only resolution is to reboot the RBR750 which regains again access to the network mngt tool. Keen to learn anyone experience this issue and possible resolutions.

Last week Saturday updated the RBK753 to Firmware Version, V3.2.16.6_1.4.4
since then both the App and Web GUI working perfectly fine. Through the week extensively testing with downloads and upload and testing the App and GUI no problems detected.

Re: Network management App and Web user interface
Please post about this in the Orbi app forum:

There seems to be a problem with the app.
Good Luck.

Re: Network management App and Web user interface
What version of FW are you using? v32 is most current.
Are you using a Dynamic IP address or a Static IP address configuration on the RBR when in AP mode?
What is the mfr and model # of the main host router the RBR is connected to in AP mode?

Re: Network management App and Web user interface
Support recommends to apply Hot Fix on both Router and Satellite, claims it fixes the issue. Not able to do this until late friday due to working from home and possible impact after applying the fix.
Current Firmware version V3.2.15.25, all dynamic IP.
The Router in AP mode is connected to ONR of Huawei HG8244H
When Hot fix doesn't work shall apply static IP to Orbi router/APmode.

Re: Network management App and Web user interface
Good to hear, glad its working well for you. Be sure to make a backup configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
Enjoy.
