Orbi 752- Magneta light

Hi,

I have this morning tried to find a solution to clear  the Magneta light which  has suddenly appeared  on both the Router and satellite.

I have rebooted both several times - tried to run the router without satellite , etc to no avail.

Any help with this problem would be much appreciated.

The magenta light means it can't connect to the internet. Have you tried to turn off the router, turn off the modem, reboot the modem and then reboot the router? If that doesn't work, Reset the router?

I should have mentioned I have plugged in my old Netgear 6200 Router and it running well.

Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
