Phones randomly getting disconnected or slow | ORBI RBK753S
Ive had my wifi mesh system for almost 2 years now. It randomly will disconnect my mobile devices such as phones. I am currently getting speeds of about 600 mbps to my laptop but when I test from my phone it wont even complete the test. I had this issue on an older android phone where the wifi would completely shut down and disconnect. I recently got a newer phone and while it doesnt disconnect now the speed is super slow. Details from Orbi app
Hardware type: Orbi
Hardware Version: RBR750
Firmware Version: v4.6.14.3
Currently have 2 satellites connected as well.
Ive tried updating the firmware in the past with no changes. Tried forgetting the network and rejoining, no changes. ISP is Xfinity. Any suggestions are appreciated.

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR📡 and RBS🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

Does this happen with the RBS turned OFF?
Does this happen with both wireless and wired devices?
What channel configurations are currently set on the router?
Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:
