I have 3 satellites and 20 devices on my network . The app says all satellites are disconnected and only 4 wired device are connected plus my phone in 2.4g. I have 5 firesticks streams right now so I know they are connected none are showing up. What do I do now to get everything back in the ap
The firmware is V7.2.6.31_5.0.24 the sat say disconnected. My phone and wife phone are currently on the network and working I see the mac address and ip address on the phone and they dont show up at all in the app or computer, Only 4 wired devises and 1 firestick show as connected .
Thanks for the support. What happens if I do nothing . Everything is connected but not showing up. Why should I be concerned right now if I cant use the app. No one is having any big issues when connected. Some apps like you tube tv act a little funny but we havent notice speed or connection issue. I am not very technical and I do not want to screw up something so I worry about me manually updating things ? Thoughts ?
2nd replied - I unpluged and disconnected one wired device . It still shows as connected. I think this is frozen. Can I try and remove 1 satellite and reinstall thru the ap ? I am trying to think of things that give you experts more info
And have you powered OFF all RBS and the RBR for 1 minute then powered ON the RBR and let it come to ready, then power ON just one RBS and see if it synces and appears synced in the RBRs web page? I'd give about 10 minutes for this.
power off does that mean unplug the power from the back of 750 r and 750s. ? powered ON the RBR and let it come to ready, ready mean white light solid on the 750r ? then power ON just one RBS is that plug back in and lights ? and see if it synces push the button on the back of rbr and then the same for the rbs wait for blue light on the rbs ? see if it appears synced in the RBRs web page? I'd give about 10 minutes for this. is this correct
Power on 1 RBS and see if it auto syncs, if not, the try the Add Satellite function seen on the RBRs web page to see if you can get a RBS connected and turn BLUE in front and appears on th RBRs web page.

I do not want to mess with it this weekend as everything is running smooth I looked at 12 devices and they are all connected but not in the app This weekend I have had 2 sat turn blue .1 yesterday and 1 today. I used the sync button on the router and the satellite and after 3 or 4 minutes they went blue and then off . I think they are all connected but just not getting into the app. This bring me back to my original question. What is the risk of the App being wrong but everything is connected. What is my risk ?
