Orbi satellite is not accepting wifi connections
Not sure what's going on but for the last 2-3 days I've been having issues connecitng to the wifi, more often than not it is the Satellite device.
Set-up
RBR50 is connected to a Virgin Media hub (which is running in modem only mode)
Upgraded to firmware v2.5.1.8 yesterday
RBS50 satellite (not an RBS40) has been powered off and back on (and it not currently displaying and light)
Browsing to https://<>/online_upgrade_info.html suggests the connection is good
ext_dev_info = [{ "mac address": "xxxxxxx", "ip address": "xxxxxx", "module name": "RBS50", "serial number": "xxxxxx", "signal strength": "-67", "current version": "V2.5.1.8", "backhaul status": "2", "device name": "Orbi Satellite-1" }
Connected devices shows the back haul as Good (5G)
However there are no connected devices to it and if I go downstairs the app on my phone won't work and I eventually get an error stating I can't get an IP address. Connecting to the https://<satellite IP> times out.
I can restart the satellite and it will work for a little while and that's it.
It's basically been working fine for a good 6 months so I'm not sure what's happened to it.
Anyone got any thoughts?

Re: Orbi satellite is not accepting wifi connections
Cheers for the reply Jim.
The things is that whilst I'd agree with that sort of thing as I don't usually change firmware unless I have to, I had the problem before the upgrade. The upgrade was done to see if that cured the issue...
