Orbi satellites stopped showing on app and website
Hello ,
If anyone can help me i would be very grateful . I purchased an ORBI mesh system consisting of RBR50 router and 3 RBS50 satellites . Everything was working fine until a week ago i noticed that the satellites shows red in the phone's app , 0 connected satellites . On the web i can see that i have 2 connected satelittes and the 3rd is off . I removed it and tried syn again but it dosen't show anymore . I think it does sync with my router since i get the solid blue at the end however no proof of it in the apps and web . It is very strange , i do have the interent connection and i didn't change any placement . I am confident that the system is working fine however the app and website are showing false information . How do i fix all that and get them showing again in the app ?
Thank you in advance
Elie

Re: Orbi satellites stopped showing on app and website
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. https://kb.netgear.com/000036466/How-far-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite-from-my-Orbi-router
Try enabling Beamforming and MIMO(MIMO may or maynot be needed) and WMM. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Circle, Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Set Short preamble instead of Long preamble modes. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s).
Please try a factory reset and setup from scratch with the RBR and RBS.
