Re: Port forwarding not working
The most common problem involving internet gaming is having a "Double NAT" situation, where the Orbi is in "router" mode and connected to an ISP device that is also a "router" (in addition to being an internet modem.) Netgear describes a Double NAT in this web page:
https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT
Notie the link at the bottom on how to fix it.
What is this Orbi connected to? (brand, model)

I think you are right. My modem is not in bridge mode so I will try and turn it to bridge mode later

Re: Port forwarding not working
This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended.
https://kb.netgear.com/30187/How-to-fix-issues-with-Double-NAT
Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router. https://kb.netgear.com/31218/How-do-I-configure-my-Orbi-router-to-act-as-an-access-point and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7LOcJ8GdDo&app=desktop

Re: Port forwarding not working
Probably worth a minute to double check that the Orbi router "internet address" matches the public IP address reported by any of the port scanning web sites, such as Gibson Security "Sheild's Up!": https://www.grc.com/x/ne.dll?bh0bkyd2

Making assumptions has seldom worked out for me. For example, one could infer from the question that the IP address shown on the Orbi web interface matches the IP address shown by port testing web sites. Or, one could infer that you have not checked and this is in anticipation of the results. If they don't match, then port forwarding can never work. If they DO match, then something else is blocking port forwarding.

Re: Port forwarding not working
Thanks for providing the screen shot. I had hoped it would give some indication of "what" was looking for the open port.
i.e. is this a computer or smartphone on the LAN?
a web site on the internet?
