Tech support for over and hour
Please advise on if compatibility issue or bad satellite

What FW version do you have on the RBR and the RBW? If you can access the RBWs web page. Possible that the RBWs FW is out of date or out of sync and needs to be updated? Did NG discuss this with you?

Also received offer to purchase Pro warranty but every time I click on it, I go to Netgear with no info on purchasing the warranty.
Do I need to call. Netgear as I only have one more day to accept this offer

When I was on phone with technical help. And we were scrolling through advanced stated FW needed to be updated
Asked tech support but each one stated to not bother doing update
That maybe the issue

Yes, the RBWs need to be on same verions of firmware or at least on version behind or ahead. NG needs to help you get the RBW updated. If the RBWs have a LAN port you can try this, download the lastest FW file from NG download site on to the wired PC.
Wire connec the PC to the RBW. Factory reset the RBW and give it 5 minutes. Open a web browser and navigate to 192.168.1.250. If you get to the RBWs web page, then log in with admin and PW is password. YOu can manually send the unpacked FW file to the RBW here.
If this can't be done, you'll need to contact NG support and have them help you with this.
