RBR50 loses connection multiple times a day
I have been happily using the Orbi RBR50 since I got it in 2020. The last three months, it and the satellite loses its connection to the internet, very briefly but multiple times a day. The app will show either the satellite or the hub or both as red
The Orbi is plugged directly into a router that my internet service provider bolted onto the wall (it says tp-link) where the fiberoptic comes into my house.
I think the problem is the Orbi because I have a second line from the tp-link router running into a building in my back yard and that has a linksys wifi system. When the Orbi loses connection, my linksys wifi does not.
One thing I've noticed: the Netgear website says the current firmware is v2.7.5.4 but my Orbi app says the firmware is v2.7.4.24
however when I hit the button to look for updates, it replies that my firmware is current
Any ideas what I can do other than throw this expensive mesh system in the trash?
Thank you!

Re: RBR50 loses connection multiple times a day
You can manually update the firmware to the most recent version:
I am not confident that this will address whatever is wrong, but when an issue is reported, on of the first questions asked is, "is the firmware current?" So, updating firmware will eliminate that line of inquiry.
Sometimes it helps to "clear out memory" by doing a Factory Reset on the router. If you have done little to customize the system, this can take less than an hour.
