RBS20
I have bought a new Orbi RBK22, it came with RBS and RBR 20. I see that the power adapter is “AC ADAPTER WITH INPUT- 100-120v - 50/60hz 0.6A
OUTPUT - 12V - 1.5A
My question is - I will be carrying this to India where the input voltage is 240v. Can you pls. Help me finding a power adapter something with 100-240v otherwise I need to return this back.
Thanks

Re: RBS20
You might contact NG support to see if they offer any 240v adapters. Orbi bought in USA do not come with 220-240v adapters. Check to see if this orbi is supported in India as well.

Re: RBS20
I have used Netgear 100-120 Volt adapters in 240 volt sockets. They work fine.
My theory is that they use those labels for regulatory reasons.
But do this at your own risk! Don't blame me if it goes bang. But you won't have lost anything useful.
Is there a model number on the adapter? The AD2076F10 didn't blow up on me.

Re: RBS20
Could you let us know what did you finally do? Did the included adapter work, or you had to purchase a new one?
