GS308 speed is reduced to 100mbps

I tried to chat with support two times for two days. Both times the chat timed out. No one replied to the auto created ticket. I don't know how else to get support.

what are you connecting it to?
Have you tried other cables?

Tried different devices? 

is it all the ports or specific ones?

Yes all ports. It was working without any ossues. I didn't change anything.

It's connected to a couple of NAS, NVR, PC.
Yes, I have tried different cables.
It's all devices. And it's all ports.
