Start here https://www.netgear.com/support/product/gs724tpv3/#docs and consult the fine 24-Port Gigabit Ethernet (Hi-Power) PoE+ Smart Switch with 2 SFP Ports and Optional Remote/ Cloud Ma... User Manual.

Re: GS724TPv3 setting up routing between different VLANs'
Hi @Adam1976,
Welcome to the NETGEAR Community! 🙂
Not all of the Smart Switch supports intervlan routing. The GS724TPv3 is one of the model that does not have support for this. If you require intervlan routing with PoE, you may want to consider the GS728TPv3, GS728TPPv3, GS752TPv3 or GS752TPPv3. Please see datasheet below for more information:
If you also require the switch to have DHCP server where you can define the IP addresses range for each VLAN, that would be available in Fully Managed switches M4300, M4350 and M4250.

Mea culpa, looks I was wrong. Kudos to @RennaD for the hint.
While the user manual does mention routing in various places, the ubiquitous Routing section does indeed not exist in the user manual.
However, miselading are sections like these:

Hi @schumaku,
I came accross this on the manual as well when I was checking, but noticed that it was for IPv6 ACL configuration.
