I'm using M4250 and DVS on Mac. I have configured all my ports as a Dante. I have had a couple of problems, that my DAW (Logic or Nuendo) crashes when recording 48-channels. I found this next article from Audinate. Is it possible to switch off Qos on a single ports of the switch? My DVS Mac is always connected to same port. Here's

DVS and Dante Via do not use QoS
Hardware devices work hard to ensure that the high-priority, high-rate traffic is spread out time-wise.DVS and Via are software-based, and thus subject to scheduling jitter. If/when scheduling is delayed, they could end up sending a burst of large packets through the network.We decided not to QoS tag these packets to avoid having high-priority traffic “bursting” through the network.Any additional delays in the network caused by not using QoS are assimilated into the overall latency budget.
I sincerely doubt this is a network QoS issue; the QoS sets the PTP packets in the fast queue, that's all.
You can send the tech-support file (Diagnostics\Support Diagnostics from the AV user interface) in an email to ProAVDesign@netgear.com to confirm, indicating which port is connecting your Dante virtual sound card.
But if you can see all your Dante feeds all right, the DAW crashing (to me) isn't due to the network.
If you configured the Audio Dante template editing your default VLAN 1, this is the right method on the M4250 for doing Dante on all ports (VLAN 1). If you created a new VLAN for Dante, and no port left in the default Management VLAN 1, then it would be better to delete that other VLAN and apply the Dante template to the default VLAN 1. Alternatively, you can also move the Management VLAN to the new VLAN, from the main AV UI welcome page (IP settings).
If you want to test without any multicast nor QoS configuration for Dante, then edit again the default VLAN 1 and this time apply the Data template. It would turn the switch into a very low-end Layer 2 switch (but again, the PTP packets need to be processed into the fast queue, it is counter-intuitive for audio installations). Anyway, you can test this way just to make sure this is not a QoS issue.
