The new Snapshot Retention form is a little bit buggy.
1) Using the selectors to increase the number of snapshot retained (duration or number) doesn't detect a change and therefore doesn't enable the Apply button (using the arrows or typing a new value is the same).
2) Clicking on OK doesn't save the new value. To achieve saving the new value, you need to select something else (like select / unselect). It then triggers the Apply button, you can use Apply or OK to save the new value.
