Cannot read 6.8.0-T66 (Beta 3) boot img

When I try to upload the new firmware img as the readynas unit boots up I get the message "Unable to read firmware image" on the LCD screen and then it boots back into ReadyNASOS 6.8.0-T54 (Beta 2) .

That's strange, it's worked for me on a couple units.  Did you retry at all?  If it still fails, please send in logs, and an image of the message if possible.

I had the same problem on my RN516 with 6.8.0-T66 (Beta 2) boot img AND 6.8.0-T66 (Beta 3) boot img.

To install them I had to restart my RN516 and try again.

Installed right away after the restart.

Odd.  I've installed it on an RN202, RN524, and RN526 with no problems.

Problem solved. The issue was withe error message I found in the logs "Volume: System volume root's usage is 92%." Once this was fixed everything strted working normally.
