I recently upgraded my readynas duo firmware to RAIDiator 4.1.9 (sparc), afterwhich i found the password recovery function does not work properly, when i click on the password recovery url, i got the following message>
"Sorry, password recovery information has not been set on this device. Due to security reasons, password recovery is not available."
The fact is i had already set the password recovery questions and answers and also included the email address for the password recovery. I tried changing the password recovery question, answer and email address and it only worked for a while, after a restart or shutdown, the password recovery does not work again. I even tried reinstalling back the firmware.
Any one encountered the same issue? Any solutions to this?
