Impossible to search
Hello, using the search function I get the error:
"impossible to execute a query on search results. Try later"
and
"the connection is closed"
see attachment.
How to fix the problem?

Hi ross982,
May I know the current firmware version that the NAS is running? If it is not yet on the latest version, which is 6.10.3, you may try updating it first and see if you will have the same issue.

Can you download the NAS system logs then provide it to us? We will check what is causing the error. You may upload it to a file-sharing site, then send me the download link via private message.

We found these errors in your logs
Nov 14 10:07:05 Augusta-FS readynasd[3085]: Couldn't connect to the Tracker store: The connection is closed
Nov 14 10:07:32 Augusta-FS readynasd[3085]: ERROR: audit log sqlite database does not exist!File: /apps/.audit/audit_log.sq3
Nov 14 10:07:32 Augusta-FS readynasd[3085]: Failed to get_audit_log_count ret = -1
Nov 14 10:07:32 Augusta-FS readynasd[3085]: Remove AuditLogs failed
It appears that the audit log database does not exist on the NAS which is why the File Search is not working. It will be best for you to contact our support team so they can check this and fix it.
