RN104 User Account folder inaccessible via Readycloud

RN104 User Account folder inaccessible via Readycloud
I have created a user say "xyz" via "Account -> User -> New User" under the "user" group. I have copied a few files from local lan to the RN104 under the folder "xyz" created same as the username. When I access my RN104 via Readycloud then the folder "xyz" is not visible. I can only see following pre-defined folder :
"Backup, Documents, Music, Pictures, Readydrop, Videos".
The cloud user and local account user both have same email address.
Can someone please tell me how to access user account folders via Readycloud?
