ReadyCloud not displaying my nas

ReadyCloud not displaying my nas
Hi all, I have just upgraded the firmware on my nas to 6.5 and now my app (on both iOS and Android) says there is no ReadyCloud device registered to my netgear account but when I log on to mynetgear.com, my device IS registered.. I have recently updated my account as requested by netgear so I'm not sure where I'm going wrong..? Please help!
The issue is apparent regardless of Mobile App versions, so I'm assuming I haven't set up something correctly.. My ReadyCloud setting is on in the web portal, I have updated to the netgear account a few weeks back and registered my device a couple hours ago..
