Readycloud, readynas remote

Hi. Could anyone advise I'm having problems connecting to my nas on readycloud and remote from a web browser. It works fine on the local network as a mapped drive or even in readycloud or remote using iPhone or android app. When you try access it on pc it just say no devices registered but the discover feature won't detect it. Would be great full for any advice.

Hi. Sorry I should have said its a duo so it doesn't have that firmware. Remote access is not a issue on the app on my iPhone or tablet just on a pc. Thanks.

ReadyCloud is only for OS6 units, try the legacy installers on the thread below:
