Share permission on Readycloud are all gone after upgrade from 6.4.2 to 6.5
My readycloud encountered a big issue, after upgrade from 6.4.2 to 6.5 all share permission and settings on readycloud are gone.....
RN516
10 folders
folder A - allow, user A (R/W)
folder B - allow, user B (R/W)
folder C - allow, user C (R)
etc...
after upgrade to 6.5, all permission are gone, can anyone tell me, it is normal?

Re: Share permission on Readycloud are all gone after upgrade from 6.4.2 to 6.5
Did you leave ReadyCLOUD and then join it using the new account?
If you leave ReadyCLOUD then a few consequences are that you lose all the permissions and also all the ReadyCLOUD user home folder data is destroyed. So leaving ReadyCLOUD and rejoining it really is a last resort for resolving issues with ReadyCLOUD after upgrading to 6.5.0.

Dear mdgm
I use "migrate to mynetgear" instead of leaving it, or can u tell me a standard procedure on how to keep existing settings as I still have 2 sites which need to use readycloud and I have to keep the permission, thanks
