Checked info, all is correct.
Opened firewall for it.
Same response.

Welcome to the Community!
Have you tried leaving then rejoining the NAS to the Amazon S3?
If you are still getting the same error message, you may try downloading the NAS system logs then check the amazon-s3.logs to see what could be causing the error.
