The media backup initially started duplicating files (I.e. Starting the backup process over), but now will not even activate the slider for media backup. I can go into the settings and choose a target folder, but it will not stay turned on, so no backup happens.
It might be an app problem. Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the ReadyCLOUD mobile app in your iOS device? Also, if you have other iOS devices, can you test it and tell us if you will get the same behavior?
It took uninstalling and reinstalling the app twice before it finally got past the firsst few pictures to backup. It did backup every single file again, so now I have multiple copies of everything. Probably something that needs to be fixed for the next version of the app.
