iPhone 5s Constantly duplicating photos

Wife's phone just keeps on backing up the same photos over and over again. My iPhone 5s and iPad working fine but hers is all wonky.

Please keep a look out for the next version of the app. I am informed that this is already fixed internally and is included in the next release we will submit to the App Store.
