ReadyNAS NV+ power suppy
We have a ReadyNAS NV+ that won't power on anymore. It looks like the power supply went dead.
Reading the forum here and there it looks like this is the common problem with this model. Has anyone successfully repair the power suppy by replacing the bad capacitors? I like to see some pictures of the rating of the caps before even try to mess with it.
Thanks,
T.
Hello tkt0011,
I checked your case and found that it has been processed by one of the support experts yesterday and was exported to warehouse. Expect it to arrive next business day.
Regards,

The NV+ on your profile has a serial number in the range of the Service Action
Assuming this is the NV+ in question, you could contact support and refer to the Service Action. If they still have the PSU in stock they should replace it because of the Service Action.
