Cannot enable Readynas Photos II after install

Hello,

I installed readynas Photo II addon (install works without error).

Then, I tried to enable it, but when I click to the save button, a popup message tels:

Erreur interne. Si l'erreur se produit de façon répétée, contactez le développeur. (httpd.conf syntax error)

This is in french, but translation should looks like:

Internal error. if the error gets repeated, please contact developer. (httpd.conf syntax error)

I tried to remove the addon and install again : no change.
I reboot after install : no change. infact I reboot the pc, not the NAS.... maybe I need some sleep...
Ok, not I reboot the nas.. it's different but still not working !
No more pop-up with httpd.conf syntax error but when I check the addon to enable it and click on save, this blue turning thing (replacing an hour-glass) keeps turning for ever...

Re: Cannot enable Readynas Photos II after install

This is no help but I have the exact same problem. Same behaviour (with errormessage) before reboot and same bahaviour (with never ending loading icon) after reboot when trying to activate the add-on.

I just bought my ReadyNAS last week so maybe I'm missing something...

I Have:
ReadyNAS Ultra 4
RAIDiator 4.2.22

Re: Cannot enable Readynas Photos II after install

Same problem here. Trying to enable the add-on just gives the never ending loading icon. I've actually had Photos II installed for over a year and have had this problem (so I don't suspect the problem being related to any recent updates). Just now getting around to tackling the issue.

Re: Cannot enable Readynas Photos II after install

I was having the exact same problem. The following steps solved it for me on my Pro2:

1) From installed apps, removed Photos II
2) From available apps, re-installed Photos II
3) Activated and accepted license agreement

All is working fine now.
