Cant access photos

Hi all. I have been collecting photos emailed from ip cameras over the last 18 months to my nas drive. I have accessed the albums by downloading the files as a zip. I have tried to log on today but cannot access the page to download. I am doing this locally. I have tried chrome which I enter the photographer and password but it just oopens a blank page. I tried this with IE and it comes up with http 403 error.

Any ideas as I need to make these timelapses today.

What ReadyNAS model are you using? Can you confirm if you are using the latest ReadyNAS Photos add-on.

There is no readynas 2.  There should be a label on the front, give us that (and the firmware the NAS is running).

What photes software version do you think is "latest"
