Milestore Surveillance can not activate license

Hi,
Just bought new 4 camera license from NetGear4Less Store and can not activate it for some reason?
I am trying to activate it here:
https://milestone.netgear.com/activate
My RN424 is registered in the Netgear system.
And this is what i get:
Failed to call Get Provisioned API
Could You guide me what to do, please?
