RN4220 Remove inactive Volumes

Dear support,

 

Good Day to you..

 

We have an issue for storage RN4220 (OS 6.9.0) could you help us, first the system was too slow in transfer and after we checked the storage and make some trouble shooting like restarting the system, changing the LAN port and finally remove two disks in the same time and still slow respoding and transfering after we put them back  to the storage it's apears resyncing and stops resyncing in 25% it apear this message "remove inactive volumes to use the disk 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12"

and Raid show in Red Color, did we loss the Data? Please advice

This was a dangerous troubleshooting step, and you might have lost data.  For example, if one of the remaining disks failed during the resync, then the volume would be lost.  What RAID mode are you using?

 

I suggesting contacting paid Netgear support (my.netgear.com), so they can troubleshoot (and potentially get your volume mounted).
