Netgear 312 Password

I do not know the Administrator password on my readynas and I'd like to reset to default without deleting date.

Also, the online netgear access through the webpage keeps refreshing and i do not know how to get online access.

Re: Netgear 312 Password

Hi jamiejav1,

You can do an OS re-install. This will reset the password as well as the network settings, to default without deleting the data. You may check this article on how to access the boot menu and select the OS re-install option.

Also, the online netgear access through the webpage keeps refreshing and i do not know how to get online access.

Are you referring to the ReadyCLOUD portal?

Re: Netgear 312 Password

Hi jamiejav1,

May I know which web browser you were using? Do you encounter the same problem when you try accessing the ReadyCLOUD web portal on other web browsers?
