ReadyNAS Pro Business - Volume dead, share only http/s accessible #30097723

On my ReadyNAS Pro Business Edition [X-RAID2] running RAIDiator 4.2.28, I seem to have:

Volume -- status is dead.

Backup Jobs -- have all disappeared. Adding a new back job doesn't get saved.

Services -- only https is checked. Checking box on any other service doesn't get saved.

Shares -- still show up with only http/s access. I have lost NFS access.

Health -- all disks are okay (SMART status) except one with 3 ATA errors.

Logs -- none exist.

 

Searching around the forums, it seems there might be a problem with OS partition (being filled) and may require a Netgear technician's help. I paid for a "Per Incident Support" but couldn't actually get a Case created or a Case number assigned. Without a Case number, I can't seem to get through phone support either. Can anyone from Netgear or the Community help?

Please PM me some more details such as the NAS serial number and if the email you used to register the product is different to the one that you use on the community let me know that too.

There is a support case open #30097723. The problem you're facing with your other NAS would require a separate support case.
