RND2120v1 ReadyNAS slow access on one computer (others are fine)

I have mulptiple CPUs running and accessing ReadyNAS.  Others access fine, but one just drags when going through folders in IE. 

Ive restarted, refreshed (often), have latest software installed on device from ReadyCloud....

Any suggestions?

Are all these computers on the same network? 

Have you tried both WiFi and ethernet connections to the PC?

Have you tried to test browser performance on other sites?
