Update to FW 6.6.0 all Services Offline Error 15002020817

After Updateing my Readynas 516 to FW 6.6.0 all Services are offline. I'm not able to activate them. It shows up the following error

Model: ReadyNAS 516
Firmware: 6.6.0
Context: system_panel_support
Error:
15002020817

 

A Factory Reset won't be an option, cause a lot of data is stored on my readynas and a backup not possible... no access to shares...

 

What can I do?

 

  • Finally I did a factory reset... all good now

    I recommend contacting support.

     

    If you are the original purchaser, and purchased between 1 Jun 2016 and 31 May 2016, then you have free lifetime chat support.

      Can you download the logs using RAIDar 6.1 then send them in (see the Sending Logs link in my sig)?
