Iv'e uploaded the Screen Shots with the router connected.

Ok, now we're getting somewhere.  Your PC got an IP address from the router.  The router's address is 192.168.1.1.  What do you see when you enter 192.168.1.1 into your browser?

Do you happen to be running Kaspersky Anti-Virus software?

When I type in the IP addres 192.168.1.1 the browsers say.....

: IE Browser says: Your not connected to a Network.

: Chrome says: The site can't be reached; Oh and Iam running Kaspersky Total Security.

Kaspersky is known to prevent a computer from logging into a router.  There is supposed to be some setting in Kaspersky that will unblock the access but it often doesn't work.  The only known workaround is to temporarily uninstall it.  Then try logging into the router.  It should succeed.  You may reinstall Kaspersky afterwards.
