I have the router in question, and I want to know if it is possible to time the switching on and off of the section WIFI. In the manual I found nothing about it. Thanks.

I can't find any manual for the WNDR4500v1, but for the WNDR4500v2 and WNDR4500v3 you can schedule to disable Wireless access through ADVANCED > Advanced Setup > Wireless Settings. Note, the WNDR4500v2 manual barely mentions this feature on page 87. The WNDR4500v3 manual on page 111 is better.
