Orbi lbr20 Custom DNS in Dynamic IP from ISP
I am using an Orbi Lbr20 with firmware version 2.6.5.2.
I am trying to configure my router to use a specific DNS server that is not automatically provided by my ISP. In the admin interface the "Use these DNS servers" option is set, but the router uses the provider's DNS when checking the connection status. This is the screenshot link from https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/14i40kcbSjQ-qxtUu6bt596QylGbx_mnR?usp=sharing with connection status with DNS IP address and DNS settings form GUI Dashboard.
I want to use a dynamic IP address provided by my ISP. I don't have a static IP address.
Does anyone know how I can set the router to a dynamic IP address of the selected DNS address.

Dynamic DNS and "dynamic IP address" are two different things.
Manuals are always a good place to start.
Visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
That page will also have any software, firmware and drivers for your device, if they exist.
Look for the model number on the label on the device.
Begin with the Quick Start/Installation Guide.
Check the section in the manual Manage Dynamic DNS.
You may have done that already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear gave up on supplying paper manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.
In this case we are talking about a specialist router, the LTE WiFi Orbi Router. That probably doesn't have much to do with this bit of the community. General WiFi Routers (Non-Nighthawk & Non-Orbi)
You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:

Re: Orbi lbr20 Custom DNS in Dynamic IP from ISP
Well. This will try to explain it again. I have an Orbi lbr20 router which acts as an LTE router. I want computers on the local network to use the DNS server I set, not the ISP DNS server. Unfortunately, I do not have a fixed public IP address and after setting a different DNS IP address, computers on the network use the ISP DNS server. I tried restarting it and it's still the same. I have the latest version of modem and router firmware version 2.6.5.2 on my router.
