Port Forwarding randomly deleted

We are attempting to foward ports for a camera system and it seems like the rule for the port forwarding keeps getting deleted.
The problem started with another router when the option to foward ports disapeared completely with an update, so we switched to the 6300. We set up the port fowarding on the new router last Thursday, then the customer said she wasn't able to see the cameras over the weekend. We came back Monday, checked the port fowarding section and our rule was gone. We thought maybe it was an update that cleared it, so we added it back. The customer texted us near the end of the day saying she couldn't see the cameras, so we checked and our rule was gone again. After some searching of the web and looking at the logs, I thought it might be a security measure locking the port fowarding, so I changed the port that seemed to be getting scanned the most to a more obsure port. We can back today (Tuesday) and the cameras seemed to be fine, but I checked them around 12:30, they were down, port fowarding rules were gone. I then turned off "Port Scan and DoS Protection" in the router, cameras worked. Checked at 2:30, cameras down, forwarding gone. I looked at the logs and there are no obvious reasons the port forwarding keeps getting cleared with no notification.

Hi @CurtisC,
1. What is the firmware version of the router?
2. Have you tried resetting the router?
3. We recommend doing address reservation for the cameras then do the port forwarding. Check the link below for the steps.

4. If the issue persists, please try disabling UPnP.
