I currently have an R6220 and would like to get a better router without spending a lot of money. We bought a new Sony 4K tv and on most of our Hulu and regular channels there is occasionally fuzziness to the picture and then goes away. I'm not sure if it's our internet service or Netgear. So would like to upgrade Netgear and hopefully that will solve our problem.
Would like opinions, please. Thanks so much for your time!

How big is your place?
How many devices are you connecting?
Do you need WiFi6(E) or WiFi7?
I'm using a RAX43 and am pretty pleased with it. Do not have any issues with it since buying it 2.5 years ago. It's price was 170 euros

I'm a fan of the renewed devices on amazon. You can get some solid Orbi or RAX devices on there pretty reasonable that are in close to new condition.

Under $150.00 preferably. We live in a mobile home so a small 14 x 70. Connect TV and 2 phones and Fire Tablet.
Don't know which I need......6 or 7.

Ok. Bad thing is that I don't know what my R6220 is for that matter and whether I need something newer or better. I'm a newbie to this stuff.

If you search "netgear ax5700" renewed on amazon. You'll find the RAX70 for $65 (ish). Its rock solid at that price but they've been going in/out of stock.
