WNA1100 Runtime error
WNA 1100 running on Windows 10.
The adapter seems to work and connect to the internet. However recently I keep getting this error: "This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information." What it is doing is not allowing the icon to be on the taskbar any longer. Thus you cannot bring up the Netgear Genie software to show what you are connected to. Any suggestions?

Re: WNA1100 Runtime error
I'd uninstall the genie and all the software. Then just install the standalone driver. Windows can manage the wireless networks fine without netgears genie

Even better, for some USB adapters you don't even need to install Netgear's drivers.
The native drivers in Windows can do the job.
